Increasing your Diving Knowledge

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course

In the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course, Deep and Navigation dives are 2 of the 5 required dives. There’s a long list of scuba specialty dives to choose from for the remaining 3 dives. Boat diving, search and recovery, wreck diving, night diving or peak performance buoyancy are just a few. Your five dives, all under the expert guidance of your Shadow Technical Instructor, will be accompanied by knowledge reviews for each specialty dive. No formal classroom session, just a quick, but thorough, review and lots of diving. Your dives also credit towards the related PADI Specialty Diver course. For those of you who may be short on time, the PADI Adventure Diver course is a subset of the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course and consists of only 3 dives.

IANTD Advanced Open Water Diver Course

This mid level Continuing Education Program is designed to enable the Open Water Diver to extend their proficiency in the water and to gain more supervised practical experience.

" A relaxed confident diver is a safe diver who will enjoy exploring inner-space and pursue diving adventures for a lifetime. " Tom Mount, IANTD Chairman.

You will be ready to rescue someone in an emergency, but you will also have the skills and awareness to prevent problems. For many, earning a Rescue Diver certification is the most rewarding certification.
